Studio Policy

OVERTIME:

Guests will receive a 10 minute grace period to exit the studio with all belongings. 1 minute over the grace period will result in extra half hour charge billed to the card on file. 

CHANGING BOOKING TIME:

Upon request, guests can change their time slot with a 4 hours or MORE notice prior to original booking. Guests can cancel bookings with full refund (upon immediate request) 24 hours or MORE before original time slot.

BACKDROPS:

Backdrop colors are available upon request. Please let us know what colors are needed 24 hours prior to booking to guarantee availability. 

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

ID's are necessary for renting equipment such as lighting, triggers, speakers, spotlight, swing, etc...

CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES:

We take pride in our studio and equipment. Please help us maintain a clean and tidy space by removing any personal items brought in, as well as properly disposing of trash. Any damages caused by guests will result in additional charges to the card on file.

FURNITURE & BACKDROPS

Feel free to move furniture within the space, but please return it to its original position at the end of your session. Our backdrops are for your use, but please handle them with care and avoid causing any damage. If you need to change the backdrop, please contact a studio manager for assistance.

MISCELLANEOUS

- No smoking/rolling is allowed in the space or within 15 front of the building. (Smoking may result in up to $150 fee)

- No alcohol (alcohol may result in up to $150 fee).

- Confetti and glitter are allowed, but please clean up within your original booking time to avoid any extra fees (cleaning).

- No open foods are allowed on the paper backdrop drops unless approved by a studio manager.

- Guests are not permitted to change the backdrops on their own; please contact a studio manager for assistance.
